Guidelines

  • Plenary and panel sessions run 30–60 minutes including Q&A.
  • Training proposals should include an abstract, objectives, prerequisites, and attendee limits. Sessions run 2–4 hours/day.
  • A short speaker biography (1–2 paragraphs) is required with your submission.
  • Sessions may be recorded for public viewing. Please provide the TLP for your session.
  • No vendor pitches: training and talks must not promote specific products.
